Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after advance payment and written/verbal confirmation from our team.
Cancellation by Customer
- 15+ days before travel: Full refund minus processing/bank charges (if any).
- 7–14 days before travel: 50% refund of the tour amount.
- Less than 7 days: No refund; rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.
Cancellation by Deshyatri
If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Non-Refundable Items
Third-party tickets, safari permits, monument fees, or special event charges already purchased on your behalf may be non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
